This Week's Events in the Highland Lakes (Apr. 24 – May 2, 2026)

It is a packed schedule across the Highland Lakes! To help you plan your schedule, we have broken down exactly what is happening this weekend versus next:

This Weekend (April 25–26) Get ready for the Bertram Art, Herb and Wine Festival and the finale of Marble Falls' Paint the Town Plein Air Art Festival. Nature lovers can head to Inks Lake for an all-inclusive adaptive campout/day and star party or hit the trails at Shaffer Bend. In the afternoon, catch a classic screening of Ben-Hur at Llano's LanTex Theater. Then, wrap up your evening with live outdoor sets at Round Mountain Cider Mill or a Metallica tribute at Brass Hall.

Next Week & Weekend (April 30–May 2) The fun continues next Thursday, April 30, with "Classy Jazzy" night at Brass Hall and the kickoff of Marble Falls' beloved four-day Mayfest carnival. The weekend then rounds out with Llano’s Gold & Treasure Fest on Saturday, May 2.
